Representative24 is a 100% AI-based support channel. It operates fully autonomously, 24/7, without live human agents. If Representative24 can’t find the right answer in your knowledge base or documents, it has two fallback options:

By default, Representative24 only asks for contact details if the customer wants to be contacted or if an API action requires specific data. However, you can set an instruction in your profile telling the AI to “always collect the customer’s name and email before answering any question” and you will find all these details in your chat log.

With the Pro plan, it can connect to your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar – this includes checking availability, saving appointments to your calendar, and even modifying or canceling appointments. Our paid services are subscription-based, charged on a monthly basis in advance by credit card. You are not locked into any long-term commitment, and you can cancel or stop using the service whenever you wish. Everything can be managed directly from the dashboard, which is accessible with a username (admin) and password. From there, you can view your subscription details, manage settings, and make any necessary changes.
The integration is simple. Just add your MMK API key, and the AI will take care of answering customer inquiries about the available fleet, availability, and pricing.
It will also automatically add options to your calendar and provide payment details so that your team can later confirm the reservation. For example, you can provide your banking details or a link to credit card payments.

No. According to Meta’s rules, a phone number can only be linked to one WhatsApp account at a time.
The number you register for the WhatsApp Business platform (for use with Representative24) must be a unique phone number that is not currently registered on the WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business mobile app.
You must provide a new, unused number for your WhatsApp Business API account. The only exception is if you first delete the WhatsApp account associated with that number on the mobile app. After a short period of time (typically a few minutes), the number becomes available for registration on the WhatsApp Manager
Yes, but it depends on the functionalities you need.
If you only need the AI to respond in different languages by pulling information from your website pages, it’s simple: you only need one assistant. When you connect it, you specify the primary language, and the AI handles the rest, translating everything based on how your customers interact.
Before the AI assistant provides any personal information (e.g. about an order or appointment), it always asks for the user’s email address. The AI then sends a One-Time Password (OTP) to that email. The user must enter the OTP back into the chat. Only after the correct OTP is submitted is the user’s identity verified.
Customers message your Facebook Page as usual — the AI Assistant replies instantly with answers, and hands off to your team when needed. You can even set response times by days and hours, so it works only when you want. No new apps, no switching channels, just fast support where they already are.
Yes. Every account includes API actions — the Free plan comes with one action included. If you need more to complete a workflow, you can simply purchase additional actions without upgrading to Pro. For example, you could use API X to read data and API Y to store information. The setup depends both on the technical connection (done by your IT team or consultant) and on the instructions you give the AI about when to trigger the action. Once configured, your AI Assistant can pull and update real-time data directly from your systems.
The Pro Plan is essentially a powered-up version of the Free Plan, offering greater customization along with some pre-installed applications. In most cases the Free Plan already covers the essential features, which is why we do not provide an automatic trial for the Pro Plan. However, we are confident you will enjoy it. If you are not satisfied you can cancel within 7 days and request a refund directly through your dashboard. This effectively gives you a one-week trial period.
On the Pro plan, pages auto-sync every 48 hours. On Free, you’ll trigger updates manually from your dashboard. Refresh anytime with a single click.
Yes. With API Actions, the chatbot can call your help desk’s API to create tickets, add notes, or check status. Actions can run as a response (showing the ticket ID to the user) or silently in the background. Just configure the endpoint, auth (API key/token), required fields (e.g., name, email, summary), and the trigger conditions (e.g., when the user still needs support). It works with most external services, with secure credential handling.
You can integrate Representative24 in two ways:
WebView: Embed the chatbot in a WebView so it feels like a native part of your app. This lets customers chat without leaving your app.
Deep-linking: Add a button or link in your app that opens the chatbot on a hosted web page, either in an in-app browser or the user’s default browser. This is the simplest option.
