Appointment Management with AI

Let AI Run Your Schedule

Customers want to book and reschedule without waiting. Your team wants a calendar that stays accurate without manual work.

Our AI Appointment Manager connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, reads real availability, and handles the full lifecycle of an appointment from the first message to the final reminder.

What it does

Shows only real availability
Pulls busy and free times from Google Calendar or Outlook in real time, respects time zones, buffers, holidays, and blackout dates.

Books in one conversation
The AI offers slots, confirms details, creates the event, and sends invites. No forms. No back and forth.

Reschedules and cancels safely
People can move or cancel with a single message. The AI updates the original event, notifies attendees, and frees the slot.

Hands off to humans when needed
If a request is sensitive or ambiguous, the AI routes to your team with full context and chat history.

Understands language and intent
Works in multiple languages, detects intent like “book a demo next week” or “move my call to Thursday afternoon”, and asks for missing details.

How it works

Connect calendars
Connects Google Calendar or Outlook. You control which calendar is visible and writable. The AI reads free and busy data and writes confirmed events.

Offer valid slots
The person asks to book. The AI checks the calendar, applies rules such as duration and work hours (provided on your profile), then lists available times in the person’s local time zone.

Confirm and create
After the person picks a time, the AI collects required fields like name, email, and topic. It creates the event in your calendar and posts a confirmation.

Keep everyone in sync
If the person later says “can we move it to Friday at 10”, the AI updates the event and sends a fresh invite. Cancellations and updates stay consistent across systems.

Example conversation

Customer: I would like a 30 minute demo next week.
AI: I have Tuesday 10:00, 11:30, or 15:00, and Wednesday 09:30 or 14:00.
Customer: Wednesday at 14:00.
AI: Great. What email should I use for the invite
Customer: alex@example.com
AI: Done. I have booked Wednesday 14:00 to 14:30.
Customer: Make it Thursday at 10:00.
AI: Updated. New time is Thursday 10:00 to 10:30. The invite has been sent.
